YPA is managed by myself, Annette Eustace, and I am a experienced Personal and Executive Assistant dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I have worked in office administration and retail management for over twenty years and loved every moment of them. Over ten years were spent working at Superquinn, one of Ireland`s most successful and well-known retail brands, in various management and business administration roles before moving on to work for O Brien Fine Foods, award winning producer of leading premium cooked meats brand Brady Family.
I started in O Brien Fine Foods in the role of Sales Support Executive in 2008 assisting the National Sales Manager managing a team of Business Development Representatives. Within my time with the company I also worked with the Marketing department coordinating all company trade shows and events (among them: Bloom in the Park, National Ploughing and Taste of Dublin) and also in the HR department as Recruiting Coordinator for a year facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process. I was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in 2008. This was a very diverse role and as well as providing full administrative support and ensuring the most effective use of time I was more importantly a strategic partner and trusted confidant. Such was my passion for my work that in 2018 I decided to start my own company. This is where I developed the idea for “Your Personal Assistant”
